Sınır ticaretinin Şırnak ekonomisine etkileri

Abstract

Ülkelerin ekonomilerine yön veren en önemli etkenlerden biri dış ticarettir. Çeşitli şekillerde uygulanan dış ticaretin özel bir şekli de sınır ticaretidir. Sınır ticareti ülkelerin ekonomik olarak geri kalmış sınır bölgelerini kalkındırmak için uygulanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada sınır ticaretinin Şırnak ekonomisine etkileri araştırılmıştır. İlk uygulandığı dönemde il ekonomisine ciddi katkılar sunan sınır ticareti daha sonra kapsamının daraltılmasıyla etkisini yitirmiştir. Günümüzde ise hiç uygulanmamaktadır. Sınır ticaretinin potansiyelini belirlemek için öncelikle il özelinde bir swot analizi yapılmış ardından da sınır ticareti yapabilecek sektörlerde faaliyet gösteren olan 75 firma ile ; sınır ticaretinin önündeki engelleri saptamak, sınır ticaretine konu olabilecek malları belirlemek ve sınır ticaretinin yeniden başlaması için atılacak adımları belirlemek için anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Anketten çıkan sonuçlar ışığında çeşitli çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur.

One of the most important factors that shape the economies of countries is foreign trade. A special form of foreign trade, which is practied in varios ways, is border trade. Border trade is applied to develop the economically backward border regions of the countries. In this study, the effects of border trade on Şırnak economy were investigated. Border trade, which made significant contributions to the provincial economy in the first period of its implementation, lost its effect after the narrowing of iys scope. Today, it is not used at all. In order to determine the potential of border trade, first of all, a province-specific SWOT analysis was carried out, and then with 75 companies operating in sectors capable of border trade; A survey study was conducted to determine the obstacles to border trade, to identify the goods that may be subject to border trade, and to determine the steps to be taken to restart border trade. In the light of the results of the survey, various solution suggestions were presented.
