Şırnak yöresinde organik çilek yetiştiriciliğinin yaygınlaştırılması

Abstract

Türkiye organik tarım konusunda son yıllarda hızlı bir ilerleme kaydedip, içinde bulunduğu koşullar ve iklim, tarımda çalışan nüfus sayısının fazlalığı, ürün çeşitliliği gibi birçok faktörle organik üretim yapmaya uygun bir ülke konumundadır. Ülkemizde organik çilek yetiştiriciliği alanındaki çalışmalar son 10 yılda artış göstermeye başlamıştır. Bu çalışma 2021 yılında Şırnak iline bağlı Beytüşşebap ilçesinde yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı yöredeAlbion, Sweet Ann, Kabarla, Fortuna ve Festival olmak üzere 5 çilek çeşidinin ilçe şartlarında yetiştirilme imkânlarını araştırmak ve deneme sonuçlarına göre yüksek verim veren çilek çeşitlerini bölgede yaygınlaştırmaktır. Deneme alanı Beytüşşebap ilçesinde kurulmuş olup çilek fidelerinin dikildiği saksılar 4 tekerrür ve 2 lokasyonda denemeye tabi tutulmuştur. Deneme sonucunda veriler Duncan testine göre varyans analizleri yapılıp yorumlanmıştır. Çalışma sonuçlarına göre birinci lokasyonda hasat süresi en uzun süren çeşit Albion (173 gün), en kısa süren çeşit festival (9 gün) olmuştur. İkinci lokasyon da hasat süresi en uzun süren çeşitSweet Ann (176 gün), en kısa süren çeşit Festival (11 gün) olmuştur. Saksı denemesi birinci lokasyon verim ortalaması en yüksek gelen çeşit Albion (52,25 g), en düşük gelen çeşit Fortuna (15,75 g) olmuştur. Saksı denemesi ikinci lokasyon verim ortalaması en yüksek gelen çeşit Albion (53,00 g), en düşük gelen Festival (12,66 g) çilek çeşidi olmuştur.

Turkey has made rapid progress in organic agriculture in recent years, and is a country suitable for organic production due to many factors such as the conditions and climate, the high number of population working in agriculture, and the variety of products.Studies in the field of organic strawberry cultivation in our country have started to increase in the last 10 years. This study was carried out in the Beytüşşebap district of Şırnak province in 2021.The aim of the study is to investigate the possibilities of growing 5 strawberry varieties, namely Albion, Sweet Ann, Kabarla, Fortuna and Festival, under district conditions and to popularize the high yielding strawberry varieties in the region according to the trial results. The trial area was established in Beytüşşebap district and the pots in which the strawberry seedlings were planted were tested in 4 replications and 2 locations.At the end of the experiment, the data were analyzed and interpreted according to the Duncan test.According to the results of the study, the longest harvest period was Albion (173 days) and the shortest festival (9 days) in the first location.In the second location, the variety with the longest harvest period was Sweet Ann (176 days), and the shortest one was Festival (11 days).In the pot experiment, the variety with the highest average yield in the first location was Albion (52.25 g), and the lowest variety was Fortuna (15.75 g).In the second location of the pot experiment, the highest yield average was Albion (53.00 g), and the lowest Festival (12.66 g) strawberry variety.
