Özet

In this study, different spheronization heat treatment applied on a mild carbon steel during the machining was created main cutting forces and surface roughness value, were modeled by using multiple linear regression analysis. Main cutting force and surface roughness value which are dependent variable are described respectively rate of 94.6% and 94.2% by independent variables. The ANOVA significance test were used to determine dependent and independent variables correlations. Also, processing parameters variations such as effects on the feed rate, depth of cut and cutting force changes effect on surface roughness and main cutting force general effects were plotted to discuss.
