Özet

What is the algal energy? What kinds of energy are there in algae? How is energy obtained from algae? Algae can be grown almost anywhere. Algae are photosynthetic organisms that can produce lipids, proteins and carbohydrates in large amounts over short periods of time. These products can be processed into both biofuels and useful chemicals. Algae can be converted to bioethanol, bio-oil, biohydrogen and biomethane via thermochemical and biochemical methods. Algal oil can be converted to biodiesel with methyl alcohol transesterification. Algal technology also covers the economic, ecological, and biotechnological applications of algae, algal biodiversity, classification systems, molecular phylogenetics. Use of biodiesel from oilgae is a promising alternative to solve air pollution problems.
