İbâdî Usûlcülere Göre Râvi Sayısı Bakımından Hadisler -Vercelânî Örneği-

Abstract

Hz. Peygamber’in vefatından sonra, ilk iki halife dönemi ve Hz. Osman’ın halifeliğinin ilk döneminde birlik ve beraberlik içinde yaşayan Müslümanlar, müteakip dönemlerde yaşanan olaylar neticesinde fırkalara bölünmüşlerdir. Bunlardan dikkat çeken önemli bir fırka da Hâricîlerdir. Zaman içinde farklı gruplara bölünen Hâricîler, sahip oldukları aşırı ve sert tutumlarından dolayı tarih sahnesinden silinmişler, sadece haklarında makâlât kitaplarından bizlere aktarılan bilgiler kalmıştır. Diğer Hâricî gruplara nazaran daha ılımlı bir çizgiyi benimseyen İbâdîler ise bu fırkadan günümüze ulaşabilmiş tek gruptur. Hz. Ali döneminden sonra ortaya çıkan karışıklarla beraber hadis uydurma faaliyetlerinin görülmeye başlamasıyla sahih hadisleri zayıf ve uydurma olanlarından ayırmak için hadis usûlü ortaya çıkmaya başlamıştır. Genelde hadis usûlü çalışmalarında birlik sağlanmış olmasına rağmen yer yer mezhebî farklılıkların da ortaya çıktığı görülmektedir. Bu makalede haklarında yeteri kadar çalışma yapılmamış olduğundan dolayı yeterince tanınmayan veya yanlış tanıtılmış olan İbâdiyye mezhebinin bu konudaki görüşlerine değinilmeye çalışılacaktır. Aynı zamanda konunun daha iyi anlaşılması için yer yer İbâdî âlimlerin râvi sayısına göre hadislere bakışı, Sünnî âlimlerin bu konudaki görüşleriyle karşılaştırılması yapılacaktır. Makalede İbâdiyye mezhebinin önemli bir âlimi olup mezhepte söz sahibi olmasından konu Vercelânî özelinden ele alınacaktır. Burada Vercelânî’nin hadislere verdiği değer, mütevâtir ve âhâd habere bakışı ile bunların dinde hüccet olup olmadığı konularına değinilecektir.

After the death of the Prophet, the Muslims who lived in unity and solidarity during the first two caliphs and the first period of the caliphate of Hz. Osman were divided into sects as a result of the events that took place in the following periods. One of the most important sects that draws attention is the Kharijites. The Kharijites, who were divided into different groups over time, were erased from the stage of history due to their extreme and harsh attitudes, and only the information about them that has been conveyed to us from the books of verses has remained. The Ibadis, who adopted a more moderate line compared to the other Kharijites, are the only group that has survived to the present day from this sect. With the confusion that emerged after the period of Hz. Ali, and the activities of fabricating hadith began to be seen, the hadith methodology began to emerge in order to separate the authentic hadiths from the weak and fabricated ones. Although unity was generally achieved in the studies of the hadith methodology, it is seen that sectarian differences also emerged in some places. This article will attempt to address the views of the Ibadi school of thought, which has not been sufficiently studied or has been misrepresented, on this issue. At the same time, in order to better understand the issue, the views of the Ibadi scholars on hadiths, based on the number of narrators, will be compared with the views of the Sunni scholars on this issue. In this article, the subject will be addressed specifically with regard to Warjalani, who is an important scholar of the Ibadi school of thought and has a say in the school. Here, the value that Warjalani gives to hadiths, his views on mutawatir and ahad news, and whether these are proofs of religion will be discussed.
